During our legal representation, we can provide our clients access to an online portal that allows you to view and download Discovery in your case so you can review the material received from the State. Discovery is the information and material within the State’s possession or control which they use to prosecute a case. This may include a list of witnesses, police reports, electronic surveillance, and written or recorded statements by a witness, co-defendant, or the accused.
